Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words with initial capital letters have specific meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
- Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to L’OCCASION Ltd, 182-184 High Street North East Ham London. Office 4440 E62JA.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on our Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to L’OCCASION, accessible from www.loccasion.co.uk.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party (other than the carrier) you appointed takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
- The Goods are in the original packaging.
- Product Isn’t used or damaged
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Goods:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiration date.
- Goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded unless required by law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please send the Goods to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@loccasion.co.uk and send your item to: 182-184 High Street North East Ham Office 4440. E6 2JA. London
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 182-184 High Street North. Office 4440. E6 2JA. London.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are returning for a refund, please see our handling fees below. Fees are based on return rates:
0-50% of orders returned = £2.99
50-70% of orders returned = £4.99
70-80% of orders returned = £6.99
80-90% of orders returned = £7.99
90-100% of orders returned = £8.99
Handling fees will be deducted from your refund at the time we process it. Please see Unusual Activity for further details.
If you opt for Exchange or Store Credit then this will be FREE of charge*
*If you’re returning part exchange, part refund then your return will only be free if the value of your exchange item(s) outweighs the refund item(s).
