My Story

My name is Yesenia Julieth, and I prefer to go by Julieth, as it is easier to pronounce in English.

Before my 30s, I was a physician fully immersed in the demands of caring for others. Day after day, I absorbed not only the physical needs of my patients but also the weight of their fears, anxieties, and struggles. I thought I could carry everything, until the signs began to appear.

Fatigue, palpitations, anxiety, and a constant sense of being "switched on." Weekends no longer restored me. My purpose felt increasingly distant.

I learned something essential: even those who devote their lives to healing can forget to protect their own wellbeing.

That realisation sparked a profund personal reset. I stepped back, studied wellbeing, stress physcology, and lifestyle medicine, and rebuilt myself through small, intentional changes. Bit by bit, I regained my energy, mental clarity, and sense of inner steadiness.

This journey inspired L’Occasion, a space where I help others prevent burnout, restore balance, and build habits that support both their current wellbeing and their long-term vitality.

My work is rooted in the belief that sustainable wellness is not just about feeling better today, but about protecting your resilience, emotional health and the way you age in the years ahead. My mission is to guide people from exhaustion to empowerment, from survival to a more energised, grounded and aligned life.
