Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with L’Occasion. We understand plans can change, and we aim to be fair and flexible.

1. You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

2. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours can be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows will not be refunded.

4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
