At L’Occasion, my approach is rooted in the principles of Lifestyle Medicine a science-based discipline that empowers people to prevent, manage, and even reverse certain health conditions by changing everyday habits.

6. Avoidance of Harmful Substances
Protecting your body from what depletes it by reducing or avoiding tobacco, excessive alcohol, and other harmful substances.
